Description
- Greet customers warmly and answer any questions about the menu
- Take orders accurately and operate the cash register/POS system
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to standard
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, counters, and dining areas
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed (milk, cups, syrups, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista/cashier or in food service is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be residing near San Juan, Manila.
