Job Description
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and handle cash transactions.
- Assist with store promotions and product recommendations.
- Ensure a clean and organized checkout area.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a cash handling or financial role preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cash management, statement of cash flows, and financial analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Accurately process transactions, manage cash drawers, and assist in financial reporting.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require standing for extended periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and possesses strong communication skills.
