Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu inquiries.
- Accurately take customer orders and input them into the POS system.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently and securely.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
- Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
