- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, customer management expertise, and attention to detail.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with extended hours.
