- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using a POS system.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked checkout area.
- Assist with bagging, price checks, and basic product inquiries.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Follow all cash handling and safety procedures.
- Support store team with other tasks as needed.
