- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries.
- Handle cash, credit, and return transactions responsibly.
- Assist in inventory control and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance store operations.
- Adhere to all relevant safety and security protocols.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a cashier or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, effective inventory management and customer management abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly demeanor, reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
