Job Description:
1. Identify pain points and needs of end-users through user research, data analysis (such as user behavior tracking and NPS feedback), and competitive analysis.
2. Organize user journey planning to reduce operational steps and improve task completion rates.
3. Track industry trends (such as emerging technologies and changes in user habits), anticipate market opportunities, and propose product direction recommendations.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
1. Over 3 years of experience in C-end product management, with a proven track record of leading e-commerce/community/gaming product features from conception to launch, and optimizing through 1-2 iterations.
2. Proficient in user growth methodologies, skilled in using SQL/Excel for data analysis, and experienced in A/B testing.
3. Proficient in Axure/Figma (basic prototyping), SQL (basic data querying), and Excel/Tableau (data analysis).
Salary Range: Negotiable

Educational Requirements: Associate degree or above
Age Requirements: 25-35 years
Language Requirements: Chinese and English
