Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to endorsing qualified talent to hiring managers. You will play a vital role in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and initial screening to candidate endorsement.
  • Call and screen 50–100+ candidate leads per day to assess interest, availability, and qualifications.
  • Source candidates from various platforms including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Endorse shortlisted candidates to relevant departments for final assessment.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress in the applicant tracking system.
  • Regularly follow up with leads and ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment progress, metrics, and pipeline status.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and operations team to meet weekly or campaign-based hiring targets.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in volume or mass hiring, preferably in a BPO, staffing, or recruitment firm.
  • Strong communication and phone screening skills.
  • Comfortable with high daily call volumes and fast-paced work environments.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
