- Primary role : Create new distribution channels where we can distribute our products.

- Identify key areas where the opening of channels are ideal.

- Develop strategic & tactical plans/program to augment distributors’ sales.

- Do background check on which candidates are best to carry the brand.

- Leads the design and implementation of distribution campaigns to drive performance and growth of the company.

- Conduct market price surveys and competitor analysis to stay abreast of the latest market demand and business trends to provide competitive insights.

- Innovate new solutions to complex business challenges.

- Ensure that sales and distribution statistics are properly prepared, analyzed, interpreted and communicated to the management including competitive activity report.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in distribution channel management or related roles.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing distribution channels.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience in contract management and budget control.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in distribution management software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
