The Channel Sales Officer manages relationships with distributors and resellers to achieve sales targets and expand market reach through strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and manage channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong distributor and reseller relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective channel strategies.
  • Provide product training and sales support.
  • Monitor performance and ensure compliance.
  • Work with the marketing team to create promotions, campaigns, and partner incentives.
  • Visit markets regularly to monitor partner activities, competition, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Address partner concerns quickly to maintain strong business relationships.
