Description

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Assist customers with product-related issues and guide them through resolutions.
  • Maintain professionalism while handling customer complaints and feedback.
  • Record and categorize interactions in the CRM system for future reference.

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in customer support or related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
