Description

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu specifications.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Assist in menu planning and food cost management.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of professional kitchen experience, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Skills and Competencies: Expertise in chocolate and pastry preparation, strong communication skills, and effective restaurant management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring long hours, evenings, and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a passion for culinary arts.
  • Work location: Willing to work in Saudi Arabia
  • Not more than 45 yrs old
