Job Description

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables using traditional Teppanyaki methods.
  • Provide an engaging dining experience through skilled cooking techniques and entertaining presentations.
  • Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain stock levels and ensure timely service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and adjustments to menu items with professionalism and courtesy.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training preferred.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a similar culinary role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong knife skills and knowledge of grilling/cooking techniques.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high food quality.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
