Description
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes.
- Develop menus and ensure seasonality of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food safety standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house team for seamless service.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and knowledgeable in kitchen hygiene practices.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare meals, maintain cleanliness, ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborate with kitchen staff.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, may require extended hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-oriented, self-starter, with a passion for culinary arts.
