Description

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes.
  • Coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Respond promptly to tenant requests and emergencies.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in building engineering.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software, strong analytical skills, knowledge of building codes.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee building systems, ensure compliance, and coordinate maintenance.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits; may involve occasional outdoor work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, excellent communication skills, and teamwork mindset.
