Description
- Manage and oversee collections process for accounts receivable.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail to resolve outstanding debts.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment status.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements when necessary.
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service while recovering debts.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal degree required, but relevant coursework or certifications in finance or accounting is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in collections or accounts receivable.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and proficiency in collection software.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment with standard hours; may involve remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, persistent, and empathetic in handling customer concerns.
