- Familiar with repossession procedures and legal collection practices.
- Strong knowledge in field collection and negotiation techniques.
- Capable of handling sensitive situations calmly and professionally.
- Ability to retrieve company-owned assets (e.g., appliances, vehicles, equipment) from delinquent clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College Graduate
- With Motorcycle
- With background in Microfinance
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Willing to be assigned in Pasay
