Join our Administrative Services team as a Company Driver! You will be essential to AVCHI's operations by providing safe transportation services for officers, staff, and visitors, as well as handling the delivery and secure transport of company supplies and equipment to affiliate companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transportation Services: Safely drive and transport managers, executives, and staff to and from official destinations. Provide transport services to operations when their regular drivers are unavailable.
• Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Maintain a record of the vehicle's preventive maintenance schedule. Clean and perform a daily check of the vehicle condition before each trip. Observe all safety and traffic rules and company policies.
• Diagnostic Checks & Repairs: Conduct regular diagnostic checks and immediately fix any defects to prevent further damage or accidents. Ensure all repair tools and early warning devices are available in the car at all times.
• Deliveries & Logistics: Load and unload stocks, equipment, and other materials to designated recipients. Assume accountability for the vehicle, stocks, and materials delivered or picked up. Ensure that all materials are duly acknowledged.

Qualifications:

• Education: 2 years of Vocational course or College Education.
• Licensure: Valid Driver's License (Restriction C or D) is required.
• Experience: 1 - 2 years of driving experience.
• Competencies: Must possess integrity, patience, and be physically and mentally fit, strong, and alert. Proficiency in Safety Driving, Engine troubleshooting, Preventive Maintenance, and First Aid is necessary.
