Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport staff, clients, and company items to and from assigned destinations.
• Deliver and collect documents, packages, and supplies as needed.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and mileage reports.
• Assist with office errands and logistical support when required.
• Coordinate with the Admin or Fleet Officer for route planning and schedules.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid professional driver’s license (Restriction Code 1, 2, or 3).
• At least 2 years of driving experience in a corporate or logistics setting.
• Familiarity with Metro Manila routes, especially Ortigas, Makati, and Taguig.
• Defensive driving skills and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and courteous.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
• Professional appearance and respectful demeanor.
