Description

  • Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees.
  • Conduct health assessments and monitor employee health.
  • Maintain medical records and confidential information.
  • Coordinate health programs and wellness initiatives.
  • Educate staff on health and safety practices.
  • Assist with workplace injury investigations.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and policies.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
  • Experience Level: No experience required (PRC License is a must).
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in medical assessments; PHRN certification; excellent communication skills; ability to produce clear reports; first-aid certified.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with occasional emergency response; may involve long hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, strong interpersonal skills.
