Job Description

  • Provide immediate care for workplace accidents and sudden illnesses, and coordinate transfers to hospitals when needed.
  • Conduct health assessments, monitor employee health status, and maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote employee wellness, prevent disease, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
  • Handle health-related paperwork, including processing sick leave, assisting with annual physical examinations, and managing employee health benefits enrollment and claims.
  • Educate employees on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and workplace safety practices.
