Description
- Provide medical care and first aid to employees.
- Conduct health screenings and vaccinations.
- Maintain medical records and employee health data.
- Develop health and safety programs.
- Collaborate with management on employee wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for health-related concerns.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in a clinical or corporate setting.
- Skills and Competencies: PRC license, OHNAP certification, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide healthcare support, manage employee wellness programs, and conduct health assessments.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, may involve occasional travel to company sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Compassionate, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
