Description

  • Manage company benefits programs such as government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and leave entitlements.
  • Liaise with benefit providers for enrollments, renewals, and claims processing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate remittance and reporting of statutory benefits.
  • Provide support to employees on benefits-related inquiries.
  • Ensure all compensation and benefits policies comply with DOLE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to relevant government agencies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of employee compensation and records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, or local equivalents).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
