Description
- Assist in payroll processing, timekeeping, and salary adjustments.
- Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), liaise with providers, and manage claims and enrollments.
- Maintain and update employee compensation and benefit records accurately.
- Generate and submit required reports to agencies (e.g., DOLE, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR) and assist in audits.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, leaves, and loans.
- Support annual salary reviews, benchmarking, and job evaluations.
- Serve as HR point-of-contact for benefits inquiries and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (HRM, Business Admin, Psychology)
- 1–3 years experience in C&B or HR operations
- HRIS and MS Office savvy
- Clear communicator with good organizational skills
