Description

Compliance Monitoring and Auditing

  • Conduct Business Compliance Audits (BCA) and Random Spot Checks to ensure adherence to:
  • Operational processes and policies.
  • CTS Code of Conduct, including:
  • Audit screenshots captured by the company’s time tracking tool, reviewing for potential violations or non-compliance with policies, and reporting findings to management.


Onboarding and Offboarding

  • Conduct security and compliance onboarding sessions for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage security and compliance offboarding processes for exiting employees, ensuring proper handover, account deactivation, and adherence to data protection protocols.


Incident and Risk Management

  • Manage and track the progression of Incident Reports issued by the Operations Support Team.
  • Prepare Incident Reports for significant violations.
  • Assist in creating and implementing Fraud/Risk Treatment Plans based on audit findings.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support Fraud/Risk Health Checks to evaluate the continued relevance of identified risks.


Policy and Security Oversight

  • Conduct security awareness training and Zero Tolerance Policy orientations during new hire training and recurring sessions.
  • Develop and update remote and hybrid work policies in collaboration with HR, ensuring compliance with Philippine laws and international regulations applicable to client locations.
  • Oversee the use of compliance tools and remote monitoring technologies.


Regulatory Compliance and Reporting

  • Stay current with remote and hybrid work regulations and international laws affecting the BPO industry.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly compliance reports to Supervisor and CTS Management.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings related to compliance and security issues.


Collaboration and Communication

  • Act as a liaison between clients, management, and employees to address compliance and security concerns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data protection and adherence to best practices.
  • Represent the organization in relevant industry workshops and conferences to maintain up-to-date knowledge of compliance trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in compliance and security, preferably in the BPO industry or in remote and hybrid work setups.
  • Familiarity with international data protection standards such as GDPR, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, etc.
  • Certifications (preferred):
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP)
  • Experience with compliance monitoring tools and remote reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and international regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated commitment to staying updated on industry developments and best practices.
  • Highly motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.


Minimum Requirements:

  • i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
  • Main Internet should be a minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
