1. Responsible for the legal affairs in the daily operation of the company;

2. Familiar with the laws and regulations of the financial industry, and provide legal compliance opinions on the company's business and product plans;

3. Review, draft, and revise various contracts and legal documents;

4. Familiar with the KYC compliance process of the blockchain industry, and prepare relevant materials to provide support for the business department

1. Bachelor degree or above, law, law-related majors;

2. More than 3 years of work experience in legal positions in financial institutions, or providing legal consulting services to the above companies in law firms;

4. Familiar with the compliance process of the blockchain industry; good English, can be used as a working language;

5. Have good adaptability, analytical ability, communication ability and writing ability.

6. Brazilians are fine but if Chinese are better
