Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive compliance program, including policies and procedures that align with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Monitor adherence to compliance standards across the organization and conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential gaps or issues.
Provide clear and effective training and communication to employees on compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.
Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities and manage timely reporting and documentation required by law.
Investigate compliance concerns or violations, recommend corrective actions, and ensure resolution.
Build and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently, maintaining resilience under pressure.
Stay informed of emerging regulations and best practices to proactively improve the organization’s compliance posture

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field
Experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles, preferably within financial services
Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to effectively convey compliance policies and training
Ability to develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive compliance framework and internal policies according to applicable laws and regulations
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Resilience and the capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
