Description
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Manage phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Provide information about services and facilities.
- Coordinate bookings and appointments as necessary.
- Support administrative duties and team as needed.
Requirements
- Job Title: Front Desk Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in customer relationship management; ability to drive is a plus.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet visitors, manage phone calls, maintain records, and support administrative tasks.
