• Mix and prepare concrete according to specified ratios and project requirements
• Pour, spread, and level concrete into forms using rakes, shovels, and screeds
• Operate construction tools and machinery (vibrators, mixers, polishers, grinders, etc.)
• Set up and dismantle formworks and molds for various concrete structures
• Apply curing materials, waterproofing, and surface hardeners as necessary
• Ensure alignment, depth, and pitch of poured surfaces
• Repair damaged concrete surfaces by patching, chiseling, or resurfacing
• Follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and report hazards immediately
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the construction site

・High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

・Senior High School Graduate (K-12 Curriculum)

・With or without experience in Construction work (can lift heavy things)

・With experience in any kind of welding (for Welder applicant)

・TESDA National Certificate is not required but Advantage (for Welder applicant)
