Job Description
- Assist in building and construction projects.
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting, digging, and climbing.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Report progress and issues to supervisors.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in construction.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in earthwork, scaffolding, reinforcing bar, demolition, formwork construction, reinforcing steel, and machine excavation is essential. Japanese language skills are required.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Participate in construction activities, ensure safety compliance, and assist in machinery operation.
- Working Conditions: Must be willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, physically fit, and effective team player.
