As a Short-Form Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing our TikTok account and Instagram Reels, creating engaging and high-impact content that resonates with our audience. This includes conducting man-on-the-street interviews, capturing footage of our host, covering events, and producing 15-second digital ads when events are not taking place.

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Conduct man-on-the-street interviews, engaging the public with interactive questions about online gaming and entertainment.
• Film and direct our host, ensuring high-quality and engaging video output.
• Provide event coverage, capturing highlights and creating engaging recaps.
• Develop 15-second digital ads for promotional campaigns when no events are scheduled.
• Stay updated on TikTok and Instagram trends, ensuring our content remains fresh, viral, and relevant.
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to align content with overall brand messaging and promotional strategies.
• Manage video editing and post-production, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
• Analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven improvements to enhance engagement and reach.

• Proven experience in content creation, particularly for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Strong video editing skills with knowledge of Capcut as editing tool
• Ability to work independently and execute creative ideas efficiently.
• Experience in conducting interviews and event coverage.
• Comfortable working with on-camera talent, giving direction when needed.
• Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• A passion for digital storytelling and content marketing.
• Experience in the online gaming or casino industry is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned in our office in Parañaque.
