Description
Proposing and producing creative client solutions by adobo magazine such as branded content in various formats e.g. video, articles, etc., media placement distribution and amplification, event sponsorships and co-creation/production of content on adobo properties to meet client needs.
- Support business success by leading the ideation and creation of branded content strategies for adobo’s clients.
- Support creative and editorial success by developing and overseeing the deployment of content.
- Coordinate with the Digital team in analyzing performance metrics of adobo’s branded content and measuring the viability of branded content strategies accordingly.
- Attend client pitches as needed by the Business team and when available, acting as a first point of contact between adobo’s clients and adobo’s Branded Content, Editorial, and Creative teams.
- Manage branded content project accounts and liaise between external and internal teams (departments, clients, freelancers).
- Engage with clients to develop branded content partnerships – creating plans and pitches.
- Focus on growing adobo’s client accounts and partnership opportunities including adobo properties (eg. adobo magazine, adobo Talks, adobo Design Awards, Festival of Ideas)
- Coordinate with the Creative Content Producer for scheduling, prioritization and project management of creative services (internal and freelance) for partner accounts.
- Lead, in cooperation with the Creative Content Producer, Editorial Director, Creative Director, and Editor-in-Chief, the development of branded content creative assets and to ensure high level of engagement, timeliness and originality.
- Lead, in cooperation with the Creative Content Producer, the creative development of branded content pitch decks and new business proposals.
- Create strategic partnership plans and pitch decks – marketing and amplification plans for programs and campaigns.
- Work closely with the Business team and active clients in identifying business opportunities – propose creative and innovative ideas.
- Support the Creative Content Producer in the creation of overall production plans per project.
- Lead the development of timely, well-produced and engaging webinars, video content, etc. for adobo magazine's branded content and programs (including industry-related events and adobo magazine events eg. adobo Talks, adobo Design Awards, Festival of Ideas).
- Support in the creation of client implementation reports and case studies.
- Overall production and implementation of branded content and partner campaigns and programs.
- Report and set targets for the monthly analytics for all our sites, Linked-in, Instagram, etc. vis a vis branded content.
- Write engaging articles for adobo magazine outside of branded content and within the Content Strategist’s personal fields of interest whenever schedule and workload permit.
- And share best practices in digital communications and CRM management.
