Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Content Writer at eXPerience Plus Inc. The Content Writer will be responsible for tasks such as web content writing, content strategy development, research, writing, and proofreading. The role is based in Cebu, with the option for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
• Proficiency in HTML
• Experience in Salesforce is preferred but not required
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a strong grasp of grammar
• Proficiency in Photoshop for image editing and graphic creation
• Develop and write high-quality, SEO-optimised content
• Familiarity with translation tools to convert English content into Chinese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Dutch
• Review CSAT data and suggest content updates
• Ability to work during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
