• We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects using modern technologies and contribute to the development of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services using Craft CMS and Tailwind.
• Build and implement user-friendly and responsive frontend applications using PHP Craft.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack.
• Contribute to SRE practices, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with data engineering teams and understand data pipelines.
• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs.
• Implement API versioning strategies to ensure backward compatibility.
• Work with and deploy to cloud platforms such as Cloudways and GitHub.
• Strong emphasis on writing testable code and experience with unit testing frameworks
• Implement caching strategies and work with technologies like Redis for improved performance

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on backend development.
• Solid understanding of Craft CMS and Tailwind.
• Proficiency in frontend development using React and PHP.
• Familiarity with SRE principles and practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes.
• General knowledge of data engineering concepts.
• Understanding of database systems and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with Python is a plus
• Experience with Laravel and CodeIgniter is a plus
• The ability to implement and execute sophisticated front-end perfectly is a plus

Qualifications:

• Has CRAFT CMS knowledge and advanced JavaScript experience
• 6+ years experience of full stack development with Craft CMS.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment on multiple projects at once
• Solid understanding of relational database structure, design and complex scripting is highly desirable
• Quality samples of work for review
• Knowledge of Figma and/or SQL is a plus
• Must be able to work full time (PH Time) to support the team
• Must be able to attend to regular evening and morning meetings
• Must be able to work/train for a minimum of 40 hours per week.
