  • Evaluate customer credit applications and determine credit limits
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
  • Contact customers to resolve billing issues and negotiate payment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of credit and collection activities
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve account issues
  • Prepare regular reports on credit risk and collection performance
  • Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures
  • Recommend accounts for escalation or legal action when necessary
  • Analyze customer payment trends and suggest improvements
  • Assist in developing and updating credit and collection policies
  • 25 to 35 years old
  • with at least 2 years experience as Credit and Collection Specialist
  • Graduate of Accountancy or any related fields
