Description
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment disputes.
- Prepare financial reports related to collections and credit risk.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to enhance cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Requirements
- Job Title: Credit and Collection Officer
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in collecting debts, documentation, reporting, and fund management.
