• As a E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will play an active role in supporting strategic programs to enhance the performance and visibility of seller stores on the Shopee platform. This program focuses on optimizing product quality and marketplace interactions through the provided work accounts.

In this role, you will:

• Execute daily tasks based on an automated system.
• Assist in strengthening store and product performance through virtual activities.
• Conduct transaction simulations to improve product ratings and exposure.
• Work flexibly from home, according to your available time.
• Collaborate with the admin team and receive clear work guidance.

General Requirements:

1. Indonesian Citizen (WNI), residing in Indonesia.
2. Minimum age of 18 years.
3. Possess an active ID card.
4. Have a smartphone & stable internet connection.
5. Able to use social media applications effectively.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and communicative.
7. Willing to follow instructions and work guidelines from the admin team.
8. Able to work independently and adhere to the existing system procedures.
9. Willing to use personal funds temporarily for specific tasks (if selected by the system).
10. Not currently involved in permanent employment that conflicts with a flexible schedule.
