Working Hours: Beijing Time 23:00 - 08:00 the next day (corresponding to U.S. Pacific Time 08:00 - 17:00, with a one-hour adjustment for daylight saving time)
(Note: This position requires full adaptation to North American time zones to facilitate real-time communication with the team and clients.)
1. Job Responsibilities
- Platform Store Management: Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of the company's stores on mainstream e-commerce platforms in the U.S. market (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, etc.), ensuring the normal functioning of the stores.
- Product Listing and Optimization: Responsible for creating, listing, and updating product information; writing and optimizing English product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ pages to enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
- Marketing Promotion: Develop and execute on-platform marketing activities (such as Promotions, Coupons, Deals, etc.); assist in operating off-platform promotion channels (such as social media, Google Ads, influencer marketing, etc.).
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor daily store sales data, advertising data, inventory status, and competitor dynamics; regularly conduct data analysis, write operational reports, and provide optimization suggestions to drive business growth.
- Customer Service Support: Promptly handle pre-sale inquiries, after-sale emails, and review maintenance in English to enhance customer satisfaction and store rating.
- Market and Competitor Research: Conduct in-depth research on North American market trends, consumer demands, and competitor strategies to provide insights for product development and new market opportunities.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Maintain efficient communication with domestic product, procurement, design, and logistics teams to collaboratively solve operational issues encountered.
2. Qualifications
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) is essential, with the ability to communicate in writing and via video meetings; fluent in Mandarin, capable of communicating seamlessly with the domestic team.
- Experience Requirements:
- More than 1 year of cross-border e-commerce operation experience, with priority given to those with experience in the North American market (especially Amazon USA).
- Familiarity with the backend operations and promotional rules of at least one mainstream e-commerce platform.
- Experience in operating independent sites (such as Shopify) is preferred.
- Skill Requirements:
- Excellent data analysis skills, proficient in using tools like Excel for data processing and analysis.
- Strong market sensitivity and consumer insight.
- Outstanding communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to adapt to remote work and manage time efficiently.
- Hardware Requirements: Applicants must have a stable high-speed internet connection, a quiet and suitable home office environment, and necessary office equipment (computer, headphones, etc.).
