  • Morrow Sodali Philippines Regional Headquarters (RHQ) was established in 2023 to enhance the Company’s expanding global presence. The Manila office is swiftly broadening its operational scope across the equities and proxy business, the Global Debt Services Team, Sustainability and Governance, as well as support services for Finance and IT.

  • HMO Principal - The Employee / Principal shall be entitled to the health insurance upon hire with a maximum benefit limit (MBL) amounting to PHP 300,000 per illness per year. The HMO coverage shall be subject to the guidelines and standards of the HMO provider.
  • Special Leaves - Employee shall be entitled to statutory leaves including but not limited to:
  • Maternity Leave, maximum of 105 days. Republic Act 9710: Magna Carta for Women allowing up to Two (2) months leave with full pay based on the gross monthly compensation pursuant to conditions specified in said Republic Act.
  • Paid Leave Credits - Employee shall start earning up to Six (6) days Vacation Leave (“VL”) with an accrual rate of 1.25 leaves per month, and up to Six (6) days Sick Leave ("SL") with an accrual rate of 1.00 leaves per month. 

The main responsibilities of a CUSTOMER SERVICE RFEPRESENTATIVE (SEASONAL) include:

  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times.
  • Escalate any issues or concerns raised by investors and other intermediaries involved in transactions to project team so they can be evaluated and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all information provided to investors and other intermediaries around participation deadlines, options, and any other questions they have, is directly linked to relevant offer documents and other sources of information about the transaction.
  • Provide professional and timely communication (over phone and email) to all inbound questions from noteholders, custodians, clearing systems and any other intermediary with respect to active transactions. Working in a fast-paced environment, develop a strong understanding of transaction document contents, including all key information relevant to investors and other stakeholders involved.
  • Utilize different proprietary platforms of Sodali Debt team to ensure timely and accurate completion of the tasks.
  • Assist with distribution of transaction information and documents to investors and intermediaries, assuring their understanding of key issues at stake and implications of their participation.
  • Assist with checking and processing different internal/external documents related to the projects.
  • Support the Global Debt Services team in APAC and Europe with execution and management of active client debt restructuring transactions, maintaining a collaborative approach at all times, high levels of attention to detail and communication.
  • Demonstrate high levels of communication internally with colleagues, and externally with key stakeholders at all times, proactively seeking answers, guidance, or feedback as it is required.

Requirements

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable handling calls and emails from external stakeholders (e.g., investors, custodians)
  • Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience in a BPO setting (B2B or B2C)
  • Experience handling financial accounts is a plus
  • Background in financial markets or debt capital markets is an advantage
  • Willing to join a pioneer team for a seasonal project (2–3 months duration)
  • Tasked with reviewing and checking investor forms and responding to queries using provided documentation
  • Handles 5–14+ calls per day, along with email communications
  • Work schedule: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday (with potential weekend work)
  • 3-6 months possible contract.
  • Equipment pickup required at Arthaland BGC office; role is REMOTE after setup.
