Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare account team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, assisting with inquiries related to insurance claims, benefits, billing, appointments, and general healthcare services. You will ensure accurate information is provided while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

  • has at least 6 months of CSR experience in BPO (Voice International)
  •  at least a HIGH SCHOOL GRAD (old curriculum)/SHS Grad/College Undergrad or Graduate
