- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Requirements
- At least 6 months BPO experience with healthcare experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
