About the role:


This role is responsible for establishing customer service experience processes, implementation, and monitoring compliance. A key focus of this position is to elevate the BYD Customer Journey, ensuring it stands out from other brands and providing a unique and outstanding customer experience


Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: College graduate (Business, HRM)
  • Relevant Experience: Preferably automotive experience or experience in customer handling roles and business process analysis.
  • Licenses/Certifications: None
  • Business Understanding: Dealer Operations
  • Leadership/Behavioral Skills: Customer handling
  • Functional Competencies: Basic MS Office proficiency
