Responsibilities

Delivering exceptional customer service via multi channels including Phone, Email, Live chat and more
To deliver that service within the departmental standards
To complete outbound tasks such as calling customer with order updates and possible sales opportunities
To ensure that our excellent Social Media footprint it maintained, including Trust Pilot, Google, FB, and Instagram
To maintain a high level of accuracy in both communication with our customers and internal systems
Additional tasks may be required as authorised by your line manager from to time to meet the needs of the business

Qualifications

Experience dealing with customers face to face, over the telephone and via email
Experience of customer services
Experience with dealing with customer complaints
Ability to build good working relationships with colleagues
Good listening skills
