- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide financial information accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing complaints with empathy.
- Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong communication skills, and a background in finance preferred.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment; must be adaptable to various shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, empathy, and a customer-focused mindset.
