Requirements

- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, resolve queries, manage accounts, and ensure satisfaction
- Working Conditions: Primarily in a call centre environment, possibly shifts
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, patience, empathy, and a proactive attitude
