Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle incoming calls with empathy and confidence
• Understand and assess customer needs to deliver helpful solutions
• Resolve issues using critical thinking and great communication
• Stay friendly and efficient — even under pressure!
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals
• Handle escalations with professionalism
• Follow company processes while maintaining a positive attitude

What We’re Looking For

With BPO Experience:

• At least High School Graduate
• 6 months+ of Call Center experience

Without Experience:

• At least 2nd year completed in college

Other Qualifications:

• Willing to work the night shift and on a shifting schedule
• Strong English communication skills
• Detail-oriented and reliable
• Self-motivated and committed to learning
• Team player with integrity
• Resourceful and fast learner
