- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

Requirements
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related fields. or 1 year CSE sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent customer service skills, strong technical abilities, financial literacy, sales pitching, and familiarity with sales pipelines.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers, resolve inquiries, support sales efforts, and manage interactions through various channels.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, possible remote work, flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communicator, empathetic, detail-oriented, proactive, and team player.
