As a
Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, handling phone inquiries, taking accurate orders, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Your Day Could Include
- Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously, assisting customers with placing orders and addressing inquiries.
- Utilize the CRM system to input customer orders with attention to detail, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
- Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and special offers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Follow provided scripts and guidelines to maintain consistency in communication and ensure a high standard of service.
- Document all customer interactions and order details in the system for future reference and tracking purposes.
- Work closely with fellow customer service representatives and team leaders to foster smooth operations and deliver excellent service.
a Bit About You
- Excellent Phone Etiquette: You have a professional and courteous demeanor on the phone and can build rapport with customers quickly.
- Relevant Experience: You bring at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service or order-taking. Fresh graduates with a medical background are welcome to apply.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using phone systems, CRM software, and other digital tools to manage calls and orders.
- Detail-Oriented & Results-Driven: You pride yourself on your attention to detail and a proactive, “can-do” attitude to ensure the best customer experience.
- Team Player: You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoy collaborating with others.
- Multi-tasking Ability: You’re able to juggle multiple tasks at once while maintaining accuracy and focus.
- Flexible: Open to working in shifting schedules, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
