Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Locations: Taguig & Vertis North, Quezon City

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site


Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in our Taguig and Vertis North sites. As a CSR, you will be the frontline in providing excellent customer support, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate product or service information
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions in the system accurately and in real time
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection policies

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students are welcome to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and people skills are essential.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment, may require shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
  • Willing to work on-site in either Taguig or Vertis North
