Description
- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Edu not required
- Experience Level: at least 6 months BPO experience in any international voice account
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in call center operations, strong interpersonal and people skills, excellent customer service abilities, good command of the English language, and basic technical skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with possible shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, confident, and a strong problem-solver.
